Please note that for all orders made from countries outside the EU, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes and are not covered by the shipping costs charged in our web store.

Our tips:

• Use a delivery address where someone will be present to accept the delivery and add phone number in checkout process.
• To change your delivery address, please contact us.
• To change your address when the package is already on its way, contact the delivery service by telephone. Ready your package number. Please note extra cost may apply.
• Track your package using your tracking number.
• Make sure that your name is clearly visible on your house door to help the packaging service find your address!

If no one is present at the point of delivery, the packaging service will leave you a notice.

Returns

If i9 product does not meet your expectations please inform us via email info@i9living.com and send us back the product in 30 days from the delivery. The product needs to be unused, in the same condition that you have received it and in the original packaging.

Warranty

i9 offers you a 30-day money back guarantee for all purchases and a lifetime operation of energy codes.

The performance and positive impact of i9 products is not limited in time, nor does the performance change over time.

Performance may only be affected by physical damage for which the i9 does not provide a warranty unless a manufacturing defect is found to have occurred.

In the event of damage during use or after a certain period of time, we offer a 40% discount on the purchase of a new or better product for a period of 5 years.

Purchases are limited in quantity, and discounted purchases can only be made via our web page. Proof of purchase and a photo of the damage must be sent to info@i9living.com to claim the discount.
