Start your day with Harmonized Lemon Water – the best morning habit ever!
Are you looking for a simple and effective thing to add to your daily routine?
Drinking harmonized lemon water first thing in the morning could be the simple habit your body needs.
I’ve been doing this for a few years now and it’s one of the “keepers”. Since I’m one of those people who just forgets to drink water, I have to make sure I incorporate water drinking into my life. I used to keep a glass of water next to my bed, but I only took a sip in the morning. Now I make my lemon water first thing (before I actually wake up and start my morning ritual) and it looks like my body appreciates it.
You can find lots of facts about lemon water online. What I can share is this:
- It gives me a boost of energy and hydrates me.
- I love the feeling of being cleansed.
- It stimulates my digestion.
- It feels good to do something good for my body.
- It sets the tone for the rest of the day.
On top of that, citrus fruits like lemons are rich in vitamin C, which is one of the most important nutrients our bodies need to stay healthy. As an antioxidant, it helps protect cells from harmful free radicals.
I also like to add a spoonful of natural MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) to my lemon water. It’s not the tastiest combo on the planet, but do pay attention to your skin and decide for yourself if it’s worth it.
Remember, when your skin loses moisture, it becomes dry and prone to wrinkles.
Even though water is the best drink for hydration, some people don’t like the taste of it. Informed water in itself just feels smoother and adding lemon can help you drink more.
With or without lemon, just make sure you always have your water bottle close by, especially during work hours when it’s so easy to forget to drink water. That’s why I keep my i9 bottle where I can see it and have it at my fingertips.

- Use room temperature water (or warm if you prefer – just not hot!).
- Use fresh organic lemons.
- Do it on repeat and make it a habit.
Enhance the experience and benefits by adding:
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A spoonful of natural MSM – you can get it at a health food store.
- Some slices of ginger.
